Salon Etiquette & Policy

 

Parking:

Front of salon

 

Booking:

Please call at least a week in advance for appointments and 2 weeks during holidays.

We do accept walk-ins. 

Appts. preferred

 

Hours:

Sunday -                closed

Monday -               by appt.

Tuesday -               10-2

Wed.- Friday          9-6

Saturday -              7-3

 

Punctuality:

Please arrive 10/15 min. prior to your appt. time to assure a wonderful experience. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 min.

 

Cancellation:

Please give a 24hr. notice on cancellations.  We do understand that things happen but we ask you to be mindful of our time and others that may be waiting for an appt. as well as we are of yours.

A fee of $20 will be charged for all no call no show appts. and must be paid before you are able to rebook next visit. After  2 scheduled and cancelled appts you will not be scheduled for future booking .

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are available with a 1 yr. expiration date.

 

Payment:

cash/credit(chk with stylist when booking)

 

Salon Etiquette:

No children unless being serviced.

Due to limited salon space we ask that friends and family are not to wait in the reception area please!

No pets!

No smoking!

No soliciting!

No profanity!

 

Services:

If there is a problem with your hair care service,please discuss problems with management promtly,this will eliminate any misunderstanding and will assure you good quality service!

 

Color and Extension services require a consultation free of charge.

 

Salon Ambiance is not responsible for hair damage due to chemicals and/or color procedures. Please consult with your sylist.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
